At RVS Travels, we understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your booking or request a refund. We aim to make the process as smooth as possible. Please read our policy below to understand the terms and conditions related to cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Advance Notice: You can cancel your booking by providing advance notice. The cancellation must be made through our website or by contacting our customer support at accounts@rvstravels.in.
- Full Refund: If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled service, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: If you cancel between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled service, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a cancellation fee.
- No Refund: If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled service, no refund will be issued.
1.2 RVS Travels-Initiated Cancellations
- In the event that RVS Travels needs to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, operational issues, or other factors beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. We will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative options where available.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only available for services that are eligible for cancellation as per the conditions mentioned above. Certain services may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on the specific terms associated with the service.
2.2 Refund Request Process
- To request a refund, please contact us at accounts@rvstravels.in with your booking details and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed after we receive a formal cancellation request and confirm eligibility.
2.3 Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval of your refund request. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
2.4 Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original booking. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit card. In some cases, we may offer the option of receiving a refund in the form of a travel credit, which can be used for future bookings with RVS Travels.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services may be marked as non-refundable. These include but are not limited to:
- Last-minute bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
- Special promotions or discounted packages clearly indicated as non-refundable at the time of booking.
4. Changes to Cancellation & Refund Policy
RVS Travels reserves the right to amend this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
