1. General Refund Terms

• Eligibility: Refunds are only available for services that are eligible for cancellation as per our cancellation policy. Some services may be non-refundable or partially refundable.
• Refund Request: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at accounts@rvstravels.in with your booking details. Refunds will be processed only after we receive a formal cancellation request.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval of your refund request. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

2. Refund for Cancellations

• Customer-Initiated Cancellations: If you cancel your booking within the specified cancellation period, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the service and the timing of your cancellation.
  • Full Refund: Eligible if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Partial Refund: Eligible if cancellation is made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled service. A cancellation fee may apply.
  • No Refund: No refund is available if cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
• RVS Travels-Initiated Cancellations: If we cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances or any reason beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable. These include but are not limited to:

• Last-minute bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
• Special promotions or discounted packages clearly marked as non-refundable.

4. Refund Method

• Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment that was used for the original booking. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit card.
• In some cases, we may offer the option of receiving a refund in the form of a travel credit, which can be used for future bookings with RVS Travels.

5. Changes to Refund Policy

RVS Travels reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
